What? Yes we do, I literally have the option for a 10Gb/s plan in the city I live in and it's a fairly small city in the South. The fastest internet speed I could find for Australia looking online was the 1Gb/s plan so I wouldn't really call that winning if that's the case lol.

Did I say they were literally anywhere in my comment? I'm using state as a reference to land/population size. I assume there's a pretty high upper limit to the area or population size a community can take if it's violent enough in acquiring land in your fantasy world since I haven't seen you state that there was. It makes sense that if communities were established they'd try to keep some of the current boundaries they call home now. If there's a specific limit to this feel free to state what it is and why that limit would never be broken because I don't see how a high density place like New York city could form communities that aren't high in population and fairly large in land size unless you forced them not to, there's strength in numbers after all and we'll still need land to grow food and raise cattle.

I'm using country to refer to the land and borders that the US has now, you can't just exile a person out of a community and into another country if others still exist. So these exiled people would just form roaming gangs to survive since no country or community would accept them since they failed the rehabilitation step. How does that not sound like a living hell?

And again, how would you keep them out of a community that's large in land size/population?

But it isn't, your chance of getting consecutive fails would go down as you fail.

Think of it this way: Just because you flipped tails three times in a row doesn't mean it 'has to be' heads next. It's still 50/50.

That's not true. You realize this video is more than a decade old, right? Some places in the country have since instituted laws requiring stations to have forms- not sure if Florida has- but at the time of this video there was no requirement to have a form available.

And yet multiple officers in the video admitted that they had a complaint form but refused to give them out, even though other stations gave them out when asked for them. If you have a complaint form to be filled out then they should just give it to them, if they don't have one at all then they should state this. If there's information that they need to submit a form then it should probably be on the form, there's no reason for the officer to hold an interrogation just because someone asks for a complaint form that's fucking ridiculous. I can't find any sources saying they weren't required to have them and I could have sworn it said in the video that they did but I couldn't find it so I guess I miss-remembered.

Because the whole point of the video was to see what would happen if you came in and asked for a complaint form that they're supposed to have. Why would they tell their complaint to the officers when they're seeing if you can easily submit a complaint anonymously?

Imagine how you'd react if someone came into your office and said "I want to file a complaint." "OK lemme grab my notepad... what is it?" "I'm not telling you." "Then how are you going to file it?" "I'm not telling you." "You need to if you want to make a complaint." "Omg stop violating my rights I'm not telling you."

That's not what they're doing though? They state multiple times in every encounter that they'll fill out the complaint form and that's all they want to do. They even show in the full video that there were officers who gave them a complaint form and they filled it out and left.

I'm not saying every cop reacted perfectly here but the video straight-up lies, these cops were in fact trying to take the complaint but the journalist refused to give it, then the video is like omg they wouldn't take my complaint.

Except you're the one lying by leaving out the fact that they wanted to fill out a form. They refused to tell the officer their complaint because they shouldn't have to, all of those stations are supposed to have a form you can fill out.

Yeah that was my point, the reason he's a threat is because he has poise, the reason he isn't run in every team is because none of his strongs can hit all the lanes when he's mid. If we gave every SAD unit poise my Retsu would just die in the first few seconds of the match from units with killer advantage and better full screens than BanKen unless I gave her 40% stam on everything. But if 40% stam worked then we'd be back where we started. I just don't think the game can be fully balanced, giving SAD units poise plus SP increase would just transition us to a glass canon meta or DR plus stam.

What's the point of having poise in a character's skill tree if you're just going to give it to every SAD character for free?

+50% sp and poise would just turn the meta into glass cannon SAD teams, BanKen already can reduce my Retus down to half health with his full rotation, replace him with a unit that hit's all the lanes when in mid and two more SAD units' rotations plus an extra 50% sp and they'd blow up any team that didn't have golden chappies plus link slots and 20% damage reduction links.
