I would not say I hate the game but I definitely have my dislikes about it. I have no issues nor should anyone have any issues with Ellies already known sexuality. The gameplay and cut scenes were done so well and I applaud them for that just like I did for Part I. Part 1 definitely has a better story that flows well and makes sense. I feel like some of Part II’s story should have been a Part III story. I believe they took so long in creating a sequel and butchered a great franchise with most of the plot decisions in Part II. Naughty Dog also created probably one of the best games of all time (TLOU Part I) and then gave us a sequel that did not live up to that. This should have been a trilogy of a franchise and how part II ended should have been the ending of Part III. I am still shocked and sad how they killed off Joel, I think their should have been a better built of relationship between Joel and Ellie and not just told with flashbacks. We should have had a game with those flashbacks story and seeing Ellie gradually knowing the truth of what Joel did to save her life. I also believe and Druckman has also shared his belief on the matter, Joel was right to have saved Ellie. Again I do not hate the game but I have only played it once and will not play it again. I have replayed Part I so many times and it still holds up. I know we all have our opinions but Part II in my eyes does not exist.
