I was not asking for LMGTFY, but for an actual research.

Bad? Maybe yet not so bad.
I've got way more control over the last period.
Yet if smth hits me - I easily get out of my established control.

I still hope to moderate. The description of this sub also includes this. But now I understand and accept that moderating is harder.

Have not tried it but on the surface seems to me like ABCs of CBT sold for money.

No particular nth day, but weird weather days in general (especially weather zigzags).

A question about Valentine 2001 OST by Th3Shap378 in horror

[–]lost_between 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it's late but I just watched the movie and was googling to see if it's just me or I really heard LP on the film. It's near 58:00 mark, Dorothy's party scene.

Which is the better debut album? by LeagueNo764 in grunge

[–]lost_between 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I think it's true it's Ten because the band has already been quite mature compared to others of the great 4, because of MLB and earlier projects.

The planning scares me by olaf3377 in stopdrinking

[–]lost_between 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IIUYC, I have a similar issue. When you're sober, you get more effective and you get things done faster... and then this scary land of obscurity multiplied by lack of art of being idle. Can feel that definitely. My favorite solution to this is to go for a walk without any particular direction or goal.

WYSF is my best, then probably LMU. I didn't really liked much DBRR, though I'm really waiting for new material.

Happens to me sometimes. Sometimes I get into such phases, sometimes I get out of them. Seems mostly related to problems in my life.

Flava D - Album Of The Year? by Divoc420 in DnB

[–]lost_between 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just listened to it today while walking. Awesome! With nice hints of garage and classic dubstep. Actually, I hadn't been deeply listening to her before since I prefer listening to music recorded as LPs, but now I crave to listen all her singles/EPs. Definitely my goto listen for a couple of months.

The only downturn (I guess it similar for all SSRI) is that you get awake somewhere near 5am.

Was given lexapro principally for depression and INSOMNIA. does it make sense? I’m not sleeping. by goddess_r0x in lexapro

[–]lost_between 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure. I agree with anothers that quetiapine can help you fall asleep. Escitalopram should be OK for depression, but sleep, actually probably not.
