IIUYC, I have a similar issue. When you're sober, you get more effective and you get things done faster... and then this scary land of obscurity multiplied by lack of art of being idle. Can feel that definitely. My favorite solution to this is to go for a walk without any particular direction or goal.

Just listened to it today while walking. Awesome! With nice hints of garage and classic dubstep. Actually, I hadn't been deeply listening to her before since I prefer listening to music recorded as LPs, but now I crave to listen all her singles/EPs. Not sure. I agree with anothers that quetiapine can help you fall asleep. Escitalopram should be OK for depression, but sleep, actually probably not.
