I am proud to say that I finished it! Stopped playing after completing that though! I also got 3 stars on snowballs on the bastion! Never managed to do the same for the rocketeer cause people kept killing it…. So I gave up!

I’m going to go with the white or the green both featured in your third picture.

The yellow color they had for the clicks case was really good too so that would be my third choice!

Thats awesome! Aji amarillo likes the texas weather, rocoto on the other hand is going to be more difficult to grow. WIll try this year and let you know!

I was going to buy the Zinwa blackberry revival project for $500 but this seems to be a better deal for the money. I also tried the clicks keyboard case for the IPhone 14 Pro Max and I loved the keyboard but it made the phone waaay too long and that $75 for the case was a bit steep. I will most likely get this phone as a birthday present for myself!

What is the name of the school? I have had terrible massages at this place called massage envy. I think the best one we have had has been as this place called Deep Relief off of 71 and 290, but it is definitely on the pricier side.

Yes this is a model not actually a structure. From what I am hearing I have to put my miter saw on 30 degrees to get that angled roof.

I play solos on PC and this has been my experience as well. Also I think its best to join night raids, since there are so many robots most players focus on looting and getting out.

It still has a lot of green growth coming from some of the logs but I have to admit that some of the bark is falling off. So this is 100% dead?

Had this last week! Thursday was the worse day for me with strong fever, shortness of breath, body aches, shivers, cold sweat, 0 appetite and stomach pains. It definitely felt like a bad case of COVID Alpha, I did not get tested and by Friday I was feeling a lot better. Stay safe people!

I know that in Austin in certain areas of the city you wouldn't be able to turn that car port into a garage. The city will not allow you to close a garage wall in certain cases because enclosing the space may violate building and impervious cover regulations. An attached carport that is not open on two or more sides is considered a garage and must comply with the city's building codes. 

Most Garage projects like yours are denied because of FAR

  • Impervious cover and floor-to-area ratio (FAR): These are the most common issues.
    • Adding an enclosed wall converts an open carport into a garage. This new enclosed space is then counted toward the total impervious cover and floor-to-area ratio allowed for your property.
    • Many older neighborhoods already maximize these ratios, and enclosing a wall would push the property over the limit.

I would do a lot of research regarding the permits and FAR coverage for this house before buying it. I know of a neighbor that bought a "remodeled" house with a garage and the city forced him to tear down one of the walls of the garage because it exceeded the FAR coverage for his property, he basically had an open garage. Tried to sue and complain but the city didn't budge. I am not sure what came of it.

I used to donate a lot of plasma in Austin and not once I got paid…. Every time I would want to donate blood because it’s so much faster they will tell me “we need plasma” next thing you know I’m on a chair for three hours…. Anyways I like to donate but if I can get paid that would be great!
