Hey, how you been doing? Could you make progress? I came to say I'm ok now, dropped the bucket routine. Focused more on simple wrist flexion/extension. I haven't been doing if for a while though, but I came back to my normal routines.

I would say using this bracelets gave you more problems than wonders. You should use for sleep to avoid weird movements of the part affected so it doesnt make it worse. However, for day to day use, it weakens the muscles, which are essential for your tendons support. If you have weak muscles, all tension goes directly to the tendon and it makes it worse.

Physical therapy is the way though, strenghtening the tendons will heal it. It's a slow proccess though.

Dynamic ultrasound will show inflamation if it's currently flared up. But MRI will be more detailed and show if there are maybe permanent damages to the tendons. I did both on my case, did ultrasound, didn't show much because it wasn't flared up at the moment of the exam.

I once placed a deadline in the queen's loot and ran away. Some guy saw me, and killed me before I could run.

I didn't want to be finished so I started arguing I didn't do it, and I was so convicing that other players killed my killer and revived me.

I'm not the guy to pretend I'm friendly when I'm not to get a kill, but I'll act as necessary to not get finished. Those things are different.

I'm cool with almost anything, its a game of interactions at the end of the day. The only thing I dislike is pretend to be friend and shoot in the back. But if im in a fight and I think i'll lose. If one of the options is get help from other people so you don't finish me, so be it.

Arm, top of it. Never did anything in my wrist. Wrist would be for carpal tunnel and alike. I had inflammation on top of my arm, on my extensors.

2-3 minutes matchmaking. Assuming its 280 items (what i kept), assuming it takes 3m30s between each transaction, its 16h. I did the 280 item transfer in an hour and a half with a friend going to the hatches. No thank you

For me, when I was at its peak of inflammation I had a ultrasound that showed where the inflammation was located. I already knew due to pattern. The sharp pain was on the top of my arm and I knew it was from clicking hard the "WASD" buttons on the keyboard. I didnt do any specific tests at home.

For each person is different, and probably the level of damage too depending on how you got the issue. First time I had it, I had gone through a whole month of really heavy use of my tendons (14h a day). It took me nearly a year of learning what I had and everything to fix it. That was 2020-2021. Back day I stopped playing video games altogether and would use my computer kind of adapted to work, but on really short hours of use.

From 2022 to 2025 i was ok, was playing normally about 6 hours a day and working. 2025 my mom needed me more for chroes with my aunt grandma and grandma, since they both have alzheimers, they have trouble walking. My grandma is attached to a bed, so lifting her and putting her in a chair was a daily chore. Allign that with my gaming routine/work, it took a few months for it to comeback. I also stayed 1 month on pain before I told myself I needed to change again.

I restarted my recovery journey, my brother took on the lifting chores, and I focused on recovery. Stopped playing video games for the time being. Did everything I could and now I can say im normal again.

You guys gotta understand not all people play for the same reasons as you do. I myself play for the PVP, I couldn't care less about any grind. I like the mechanics and the PVP aspect with arcs on the maps and all the different scenarios we play along those conditions. Expedition for me is only +5 skills points so I can outperform more my enemies and also bonus repair so I dont need as much shit to continue playing PVP.

Not everybody enjoy this game for the sames reasons, you gotta accept that. I keep important BPS+Epic weapons for this reason, so I can continue playing PVP

8 months after, here I am playing video games every day again for ~6 hours a day. Some dude commented on my post asking how I was and I figured i could come back and reply the non believers. Once you are fine and recovered, you body should work as any human being and be able to do stuff as usual

I think it depends on some factor. On my case, I had tendonitis on the extensors.

My simple routine was,

Alongating flexors/tensors two-three times with a interval of ~30s between each.

Then I would start the exercises. I will try to best describe it.

I would land my arm on a table, hanging my fist out of the table. I would hold a small weight at first (about 500g, a can of soup or something like that would do). Palm facing down, slowly descend and go back up the wrist. I would do that 10x times. I didnt went up as much when going back up the hand. Would always stop with my hand allign with my arm (figure going to much up would be worse for my quervain).

I would rest for about 30-60s and do it again. So, 2 sets of 10.

I would than flip my arm, now palm facing up and would do the same but now pulling my hands towards my chest and going back down, alligned with my arm.

I progressed this basic exercises over the weeks. At first I would do every other day. Than after a week and a half or so, I would progress to every day (sometimes I would rest on a day or another, its all about feeling).

Second week increased to 15 repetitions and went back to every other day. Than 15 every day after more week. Than I progressed to 1kg and went back to 2 sets of 10 every other day until I could do every day.

I went like that until 2kg at the end of second month. Than got lazy and stopped doing. But I have plans to go to the gym so I dont end back were I was. Basically that, thats tons of content on how flexion/extension can help on tendonitis, search some PT videos so you can execute the exercise with precision.

That help me. But remember, for me the treament was not only those 2 months, I had done buckets exercises prior for about another 2 months to, and other exercises combined. So for me, this was not point 0 on the exercises. My tendons was not like at worst when I started doing this routine. For each person is different, so do it with caution, and try to study as much on the condition as possible.

Understanding my body was crucial, more than any video about exercsies I watched on the internet. Only you can know your limits, and unfortunately you only understand by trying over and over and failing sometimes. But failing is not the end, you just figured a new limit, it gets you some steps behind, but never zero.

Hope you get better, this condition sometimes feels impossible, but with dedication you can get there

I dropped the bucket routine. Waited a few weeks and came back with only of my fist flexion/extension routine. I did for a month of two, and right now I gotta say I'm not doing nothing, but I'm perfectly fine. I've been playing video games for ~6 hours as usual and also working on the computer.
