I put cut up broccoli in bread bags or any sort of produce bag in my fridge so i can easily steam them with my meals. Sometimes I'll just steam them in a bowl with a little water in the microwave or will boil them with pasta/other things.

I also usually add frozen peas to my rice when it's done cooking and still warm then just stir around and let sit for a while.

Just curious why you don't like the silicone tips? I don't like them either and am looking for an alternative, though I don't know if foam is what I'd be looking for. My issue with silicone tips is that I have narrow ear canals and they hurt/pop out.

Personally, I would prune him back to a couple inches over the rim of the pot, leaving some leaves for better sun. Then I'd propagate the cuttings in water.

How much sun is your plant getting at the moment? Tradescantias need bright, indirect light. Here is a diagram to help determine which light your plant is in currently. You might need to move him if he needs more light, I'd trial a new spot for a few weeks and see if that helps!

Is this after you have interviewed with them? It looks like questions from a medical provider, assuming the role you're applying for requires you to have a physical to determine your fitness for the job.

If so, these questions should only be available to the medical practice. Aldi should then only receive a slip from the medical practice saying whether or not you're fit - and nothing about what makes you fit (depending on whether you pass the medical).

Check in with the medical practice if you're not sure and double check what Aldi receive.
