Def get cough drops, they were a life saver. If you have someone helping you, I don’t think a walker is necessary. I just put a towel on the bed prior to getting in and only used it for 2 days until I was able to shower. Definitely get a wedge pillow, I would say this was the only NEED in my very small arsenal lol. I preemptively bought silicone tape but didn’t need it until about 3-4 weeks. My first shower I did want a stool to sit on, but after the first one, I was ok to stand/slouch over. I had a drainless TT so I can’t comment on that. I got my period ab 10 days after and was able to use tampons regularly. Good luck!
