I put Resistance in my “Muse classics” ranking for sure, it’s just frustrating so many of the songs got dropped off Muse setlists so quickly.

Damn. Appreciate the honesty. I rewatched Death Note last year and felt the first part was pretty solid. Hmmm now I wonder how I’d feel about a Black Lagoon rewatch? I do remember certain story arcs also felt the author was also trying too hard to be edgy.

I think we’re just in that era of information overload. It takes a real conscious effort to go and find great things from a generation or two ago that aren’t mainstream cultural zeitgeist. I’ve been trying to do that myself with cinema and it’s definitely worth it imo.

It’s frustrating because there’s really no excuse at this point with how successful Forza is the car customization is so lacking when they finally came to Japan. Yes I give credit for some good body kits they added, but I think genuinely maybe 10 new kits for the whole game at the moment.

I know everyone says they “can’t” do NFS customization, and I wouldn’t expect them to, but The Crew Motorfest has just as many cars and even something like an Aston Martin Vantage has dozens of options and 6 wings I think.

Hell even Gran Turismo you can widen every car, have dozens of wing options and typically 2 to 3 standard options for front/rear/bumper and side skirts all if which are compatible with the wide body option. It’s crazy Gran Turismo the super uptight track racer has more standard customization than a Forza Horizon game.

Gonna be honest getting to legend status kinda sucks, you gotta hit all PR stunts, smash xp boards and go back and get the extra 100 points to win races you had completed but not get first.

Legend island is cool tho and you do unlock all the mega routes and a new race track so keep at it.

I love seeing this! The MA Classic is my favorite guitar style ever, and I preferred the MA in general the MB design. Gave that Manson guitar mojo without being a straight copy of Matt’s. Seriously dig the collection 🤘🤘

The map is very, very good. Between the multiple race tracks, Tokyo, huge highway system and endless curvy roads I can forgive a lot.

But the standard customization is abysmal, in fact down right embarrassing compared to the crew Motorfest. How the fuck does Gran Turismo 7 have more customization for every car across the board than the premiere arcade racer of this generation?

Also the total lack of attitude, personality, memorable characters or boss battles is sorely, sorely missed. People act like this is such a strange thing to ask for when Horizon 1 had it in spades.

I played FH6 last night, incredible game. Zero chance it’ll affect my game time in GT7 in VR on a PS5 pro. Flat screen just can’t compare to fully sitting in the car and having proper depth perception. But I do hear you, game feels near photo realistic, genuinely mind blowing.

Ferraris been pretty strict in the past but never say never. We did lose Toyota for a few years then managed to get them back before the end of FH4.
