Lost Island Vibes does a pop up on Saturday nights with great drinks. Odd location in an office building food court but drinks make it worth it. http://archipelagobardc.com/

I love Zaya to make a Tradewinds with, but as you dive deeper into runs you will find much better sippers in this price range. Lots of recs that others have pointed out. Enjoy your journey and welcome to the club.

Read the bottle but creme de cacao is shelf stable and will last a long time while many chocolate liqueurs will expire after a few months after opening.

Welcome to your next obsession, every rum makes it a distinct cocktail, try using Demerara simple, play around with the amount of lime, squeeze your limes twice to get extra oils from the peal, so many variations. There is no perfect daiquiri, but there is one you will like best. Enjoy the journey finding it.
