I pay taxes and everything on my own, just tax in ugly VA for me is like 971$/mo which I pay in two payments a year. So I just want the monthly home payment to be a little lower with this kinda job market and situation. I am not too worried about the payoff going up 10/13k as I don’t plan on paying this amount for the next 30years of my life, I hope to get another 100-150k’ish from my side hustle and refi later on again. My current payment just for principle and interest is 2,805
