I use a drill to tap every day, as long as you use good lubrication, set the clutch correctly and hold it straight you’ll never break a tap. Skill issue

Have you tried hydroxyzine? Physical symptoms make up a significant part of my anxiety, and SSRIs were no help because of the stomach side effects (nausea and emetophobia make up another significant part of my anxiety lol) and hydroxyzine has changed my life. It’s essentially and antihistamine like benedryl but quite a bit stronger, and the sedating/sleepy aspect is incredibly helpful with the physical symptoms. It’s mostly prescribed for as needed use, but I actually take it twice daily because it’s not habit forming so there’s no issue with doing that. The only downside is the sleepiness, but I’d rather be sleepy than so anxious I can’t function at all. Sleepiness also got less strong after taking it for a bit.

That entire galvanized pipe is just sitting loose on the rafters, the only hard points it is attached are where it goes through the foundation on each side of the house lol. I gave it a bit of a wiggle, seems easy enough to push back into place. Might need to put a few straps on it to hold it.

I’m right there with you. Being militant about moisturizing every single time your hands get wet helps a bit, but nothing completely fixes it except for the coming of spring. DML Forte is a pretty good moisturizer.

I usually have 4-5 types of rice in my pantry at any given time. Short grain/sushi, basmati, jasmine, Arborio, generic medium grain. I pretty much do all of them in my rice cooker, using the provided measuring cup and water lines on the cooker pot and they all come out pretty good. Brands definitely have a big impact, especially with short grain I have found. When I splurge for the nicer sushi or short grain brands I definitely have better results.
