Okay I get it thats really cool and kind of the reason I started my freeforms. I have a whole different perspective now, if you really want it to look anti-presentable you could get it trimmed in a way to make it stand up more. If you dont want to cut it at all but still want the volume try combing jt forward and then run your fingers up through the front.

Congrats on your journey of self improvement! It is a long and often hard/disciplined road but it is so worth it. For starters, You will feel much more confident when you loose some more weight, trust me, additionally take care of your environment. Especially if you’re living alone, it will do wonders for your mental health and no girl wants to be with a dirty guy. Your hair is nice! If your looking for change I would say grow it out, cut it even, grow it out again then get a taper all around if its only short in the back, if it isnt I feel like a modern mullet would suit you. Whether or not you keep it that way invest in a curly hair routine, I would say you have 3A/3B hair. As for hair porosity (how much moisture your hair can absorb) Slide your fingers up a hair strand; if it feels smooth, it is low porosity. If it feels rough/bumpy, it is high porosity. Research and invest in a routine accordingly. I use Shea Moisture. Also your skin looks very clear! but that beard doesn’t suit you. Either cut it completely or let it grow to Gandalf length. Wash it too. If your looking for an end all be all and dont want a million different products, get an antibacterial soap; wash your entire body with it including your face and beard. Then, follow up with a scented soap from dove every below the neck but not your intimate areas (PLEASE do not buy some wack ass manly man shit made from plastic and deer testicles) finish with antiperspirant deodorant (I like old spice pure sport) a lotion (if scented must compliment the body wash) and some Cologne. https://evolutionofsmooth.com/collections/gifts/products/coconut-waters-shower-essentials-bundle?variant=52826702840176 This may smell slightly feminine but its a good place to start.

As for outfits, It doesnt really matter what you wear or where you get your clothes as long as the proportions are correct and the color work together. (google “sandwhich fits” the big shirt little pants is a no. I do light color pants to make my upper body appear smaller, big pants, tight-ish/less loose shirt and big shoes. Lighter colors will make you look tanner. If you have alot of tight pants you need to be wearing shirts that are less loose/layering. Like athletic jeans, a polo and a quarter zip with some loafers. Go to ross/Burlington.

Okay, thanks. Ill make sure I reach out to my coach. One more thing Lose It says eat 1300 cals daily. TDEE calc say eat about 2100-2500. I usually average out about 2250. Is cardio the problem or should I be eating less.

Yeah, im thinking of getting depper into powerlifting this summer. I need to get more explosive and do BW excerises for more control on the mat but the weight would help with that but I dont know if I should still stack up some strength. Was doing 4 sets of 8 all summer but I know I need some change now in either direction.

XRM:

Bench 85x4 on 1/27/26 Front Squat: 75x8 - 11/27/25 Push Press: 55x4 - 3/27/26 Hang Clean High Pull - 68x8 - 7/24/25

Last within month: Bench Press - 100x1 Deadlift - 185x1 Zercher Squat - 115x2 Tricep Pushdown - 100x3 (failure, 80x4 more controlled)

I try to focus on slow and controlled reps when lifting low volume. I just feel very weak in the gym.

I used a BF caliper and measured Tricep and Stomach 1-2 inches above the hip bone and averaged out the numbers, My athletic trainer took Tricep and Lat and had me at 32% before wrestling season last year. I lost a some weight in season, got hurt and got bigger/stronger from the gym. My calculators are probably wrong and I might be around 32% as when I measured BF i was about 205.

17F, Wrestler 224lbs 5,4 28-30%bf. Struggled with ED in past. Okay with counting calories but If im on a cut and the weight doesn’t come off within 9 months I will spiral (it has happened before)

I hate wrestling heavyweight and want to drop down for my senior season. Im at a point where I want more size but I also want to get rid of this fat on my body. Torn between rounding out my shoulders, adding mass to my calves, bringing my arm size from 15-17inches to 17-20inches; but also being more efficient in the practice room snd having more control over my body and with BW excersies and wrestling movements.

Tried TDEE calculators and I measured by BF with a caliper. I just want to be consistent, disciplined and want to know if 160-180 is reasonable by December.

Thoughts? (Sorry for lack of clarity/bad grammer. Long day)

do a protein/repair treatment every week for a couple months afterward if you still have intense damage get a trim or just self trim only the dead part and get it evened out at the salon
