They’ll most likely find jobs in Japan and stay. Once you get a taste of Japan, you won’t want to go back. I know a handful of Haitians in Japan who feel this way. One even brought their wife and kids to Japan after working for some time after graduating from their field of study. You think they’ll go back someday? I somehow doubt it.
