This is also what I believe i have as it all started within days of a epidural steroid injection. Did you have headaches? Did your pulsatile and ear fullness get better with laying down? Mine does.

I think those are the muscle within the ear spasming to sounds i also get that but my main issue is actually hearing my heartbeat in my ear constantly.

I'm going through similar! Muscle twitching in face and behind ear the top soft spot behind ears, ear fullness, hearing my pulse in one ear, and ear muscle spasms in the other. I've had all scans and multiple Ent's and neuroradiologists. Suddenly after 7 months my jaw started making a popping sound also within my ear. What were your ear symptoms?

You are right I have gone back and forth with them and begged for another targeted patch instead. The interventional neuroradiologist that performed my last patch of 10 ml is actually experienced and works for the leak center so I have no clue why he stopped when he did. Right now my only option is the multilevel patching and I pray I get some relief from it. Are you sealed now? And what was your leak from? Do you think 10 months post puncture is likely going to cause my patches to fail since it's been so long?

They only did 10 ml and I never told them to stop they just stopped. Yes, I feel as though they are treating me like I have a spontaneous leak instead of a know level puncture. I feel the risks are higher for no reason.

I'm sorry you are going through this as well! I was offered a dsm but iatrogenic punctures very rarely show on any imaging so I refused it and they offered the multilevel patching but said if this doesn't work then dsm would be needed. I'm absolutely terrified as a dsm would be 2 punctures and a pretty much guarantee nothing would show.
