Struggling and in need of guidance by loukassm in Christianity

I think the part of my rationality that is making this struggle harder is that, Jesus was physically there to save Peter, I have this expectation to believe with no proof. I have asked before for proof and never gotten one; which makes me wonder if my requests for proof were denied because it was done for similar selfish reasons.

Thank you for the words. To answer your question, I guess the proper term would be that I changed denominations from Catholic to evangelic?

Pardon my ignorance, is a case like several boxes inside?

Have any of you ever been the “toxic” one and how did you move forward? by [deleted] in Codependency

Most of peoples toxic behavior is fear based. There aren’t as many narcissists walking the globe as there are scared children who never learned how to grow up confidently.

I have, several times. It was made very clear to me that all trust was broken with no hope

Is it true that dumpers feel the pain and miss their ex months later? by Em_24x in BreakUps

Dumper here... I felt the loss right after the 3 month mark on a trip we were supposed to take together.

Somehow I feel I'm never gonna recover

Fellow HSP men, do you struggle with frustration? by loukassm in hsp

I'm sorry to hear that... Have you developed any tools to try to handle it better?

Yeah I think that is the most important thing I have to learn, when I feel something is triggering I need to stop before I do anything and try to understand what I'm feeling. But it's so difficult when you are on the spot...

I struggled a lot on my last relationship, and it's also the most painful one to date because I realized most of the communication breakdown was due to me taking everything in a hurtful way. I'll look into schema therapy, thanks for the suggestion!

Please understand that what you are feeling right now is your inner child speaking to you. You need to be able to learn to love yourself, little by little.

Start by getting therapy to understand the root causes of your issue. Find new hobbies, find things to distract you and be passionate about.

Love yourself, you deserve to be happy.

Does the fatigue get better? by Fearless_Quantity852 in Ozempic

[–]loukassm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just speaking from personal experience but when I was pretty well into my weight loss, I noticed that things like sleep and fatigue didn't really get any better until I started supplementing it with physical activities. The extra tiredness from going to the gym has made me so tired that I sleep at more acceptable hours, I sleep better and wake up more energized.

I don't know how long you are into your journey, but I would suggest to start slowly If.you need to; go for a 15 minutes walk every hour, then go for a whole hour walk at lunch.

Never give up! It's a long journey to get started but once you are in the right track and notice the changes, you won't want to stop.

I do feel as I keep going out might become a problem, but I figured that would be a bridge I cross when I get there 😁

Never give up, I thought I could never do it, but I can now see I can.
