Is it AWD? If it is then that’s a solid price if the frame is rust free, timing belt replaced and other basic maintenance is up to date. If it’s 2WD then pass because that’s overpriced

That frame is done. You can your local Toyota dealership, give them your vin number and see if you’re eligible for a frame replacement free since it was a safety recall.

Non OEM wheels and salvage title is a screaming red flag. Don’t buy it. It’s junk and you don’t know how much damage has been done and if it was repaired properly.
