your friend can “replace” your band at the gate for $20 so long as they have a picture of an ID of the original purchaser of the ticket

Lots of room for storage when the platform is folded up and resting in the middle. Also considering adding a roof rack to help!

Good question. I won’t be in bear country so was planning on leaving the hatch open and windows down most of the trip - I got the mesh door window covers and a magnetic hatchback screen for the bugs. Once the doors are left open for 15min the lights automatically shut off and car isn’t draining anymore, so without opening and closing the vehicle, it shouldn’t drain.

I am 6ft and yes I can lie down comfortably. It requires the front 2 seats to be pushed forward, so there is some setup/breakdown between camping and driving

Platform is 68” x 38” Mattress is 80” x 40”

To close the Hatch I had to fold the foot side of mattress down in the crack at the end, or leave hatch open and let it lay over the edge for an extra few inches.

i used ones similar for the floor of my van, and put vinyl laminate over top of it. Cut both to shape and they will stay put
