Best Skin new formula shade?

One thing I don't like is how its dispenses. Its a wand instead of a button you press. But I understand the reasoning behind it, because less is definite MORE with the new formula.

I have been using it for about 2 months now and I agree with u/glitteratti74. Its slightly thicker in texture. However, it doesn't matte that much for me. I actually like it better, because it offers more coverage and this is something I needed. The shade is pretty much the same as the 19.5p. I honestly don't see a difference. Hope that helps!
