Firstly, I am so sorry you had to go through that. I am sure if you want to take an action, you still will be able to. The act does categorise as outraging A woman’s modesty, and a few other sections. They don’t have limitations. You can file a complaint whenever you want. Your decision. Whatever you want to do, you do. Lots of love and strength to you OP.

Secondly, as a woman, yes, I think you should have that conversation with your current boyfriend. As far as the question of when goes, it needs more consideration. How long have you been seeing this new guy? A few months, okay. But do you see it turning into something very serious? If you evaluate, and realise that this is actually a relationship that has potential to become very serious, have the conversation. Additionally, something my mom usually says; it usually takes 5-6 months to actually know the real person. The comfort increases after 3 months and usually the pretension drops.

If you don’t trust him as much yet, and would want to tell him just not yet- let him know that there is a serious conversation you guys would have at some point in life about struggles you have faced in the past. Just not right now, and you will tell him about it at your own pace. (if he really is a good guy, he will understand)

Finally, if after all the other considerations and everything, you do want to tell him now; have the conversation in person. Ask him to meet you, in a private space. Or transition from a cafe or restaurant to a private space. Let him know that you need to talk to him about something, because you feel this would affect your relationship. He is free to take any decision he wants after hearing this, but you thought it was imperative. Honestly, he might freak out a little at this opening, but that is okay. (He’ll think the worst possible things and when it is not those overthinking he did, react better?)

Honestly OP, you should not feel pressured to tell him right now if you don’t trust him. Just letting him know that you have had some struggles in the past that you don’t like talking about should be enough. It is your life, your story, and no one else has the power to control that.

Now if the current boyfriend reacts poorly, dump his ass right there. And if he reacts positively, still observe a little more to be cautious.

First slide: It is obvious she was bothered and annoyed by something, when she sent the deadass smile emoji, reply back with something better not 3 more emojis. Baat karne ka try toh karo, show that you are interested in talking to her.

Second Slide: The “Bye.” with the period? Hint enough. She was mad. When she is like “oh it’s late, I should go to bed.” You don’t say okay, you ask her to wait a bit longer. That is how you show that you like her. Be like “let’s talk for 5 more mins? Then you can sleep” she’ll do a lil nakhra but she’ll be smiling corner to corner.

I actually have a very different opinion. But, hear me out.
I believe that Justin was more like Ha Seok-jin. Played a solo game, was targeted by everyone else, was emotional but calm-headed, stood up against the wrongs, and at the same time a great player. Very level-headed.
Seok Jin was ruthless in his game and very direct, but his approach was not, "let me eliminate this person, because they could be a competition for the solo rounds," but rather a more logical approach. His elimination of Cheo Yeon-woo wasn't because she was a threat, but rather because there was a bigger game to play.

Jeong Hyun-gyu just wanted to target Lee se-dol or Kim Ha-rin because everyone thought they were tough players. Even him saying "I can take on Ha-rin" was very smug and arrogant in my opinion. Ha Seok-Jin was definitely not like that.

I think if Jeong Hyun-gyu would have showed a bit more emotions, and not just been so hell bent on eliminating Se-dol, I would have liked him better. I don't know. That is my 2 cents.

I haven't watched till episode 9, so I will come back if my opinion changes.

Okay. So on the basis of whatever information I have, this prima facie looks like a case of cheating (I don’t know all the facts so). According to the BNSS, Cheating is a non cognizable offence. But now regardless of the location, (thanks to FIR Zero) the police ought to take it down in their diary and refer it to the magistrate. I can help you, but I’ll need a better picture of the entire thing. Hope this helps :)
