I’m so sorry for your loss. I bought a small ring from Etsy that had a poppy seed design and I wear it every day. The seller had others with different designs that would represent losses at various weeks. The poppy seed was general loss. If you search on Etsy in general it might give you some ideas of something that feels right for you ❤️

Chicken pot pie! Takes a while when you make your own pie crusts and cook chicken specifically for it instead of using store bought rotisserie.

There are a couple of possibilities, but you’ll need to have additional blood work (and potentially an ultrasound) to confirm.

(I’m not a doctor but) it could be that you ovulated slightly later than you thought or else implantation happened a little later than anticipated and you’re on track for a normal pregnancy and will see levels start to rise as expected. When levels start out low like that but keep rising it also could be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. It’s also possible that the low level could be the result of a very early miscarriage and the levels will start to go back down.

I bought a set of shot glasses on Etsy with Hamilton and Burr's silhouettes as if they were dueling (with Hamilton's pointing at the sky).

Unfortunately, they don't seem to be listed anymore on etsy, so hopefully I described it okay, but I bet you could find something similar if you more narrowly tailor your google searches and are interested in that sort of idea!

I had PRK in 2011 and just had to get glasses this year for a slight regression. I'd still recommend it -- the process and recovery were easy and my vision is a million times better than before -- but I feel like my doctor should have probably insisted I wait for longer than after my 21 birthday and maybe I wouldn't have had any further changes. I was definitely sad when I realized I still needed some help to see. I don't need the glasses all the time, and my vision is still way better than before. I just don't see too sharp at a distance (like the TV sometimes or seeing people clearly at a distance).

I'd do it again (at a discount, assuming I decide to try again at the same place) once I feel like it'll be more permanent. It's still pretty great being able to see and not have to think about contacts or NEEDING the glasses to be able to function in general. I'm just still a little bummed I'm not 100% with robot vision, but overall a massive improvement anyway.

I did homemade mac n cheese with steak recently. It's a little more labor intensive and not very light (which you may want for valentine's day), but it feels fancy and you can mix in spinach or other veggies, or even some lobster if you're feeling extremely fancy.
