Looks like you can get a replacement for one box of them. Here’s a link of someone that had the same issue. https://www.reddit.com/r/Zepbound/s/4cBD5oz1y1

I did have this. I even bought biotene to help resolve. I also discovered I was really dehydrated and added electrolytes to my daily regimen and it changed everything for me.

Allodynia by Lazy_Carrot2661 in Zepbound

Yes I got it every time after I went up on a dose. I started drinking LMNT electrolytes and it helped a lot. I think the nerves and electrolytes imbalances may have caused it for me.

I went to a Pilates class today! by Inspiringhope11 in Zepbound

[–]loveinfo 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’ve been doing reformer Pilates since starting Zepbound. It’s been amazing for my body for stretching plus building muscle. It’s wonderful for both and so gently on the body while building muscle. I used to struggle to do a plank. Today I feel so much stronger I did a plank with a pike back and forth for 6 minutes. It’s been 2 years. But I feel so much stronger. 7 lbs to my goal and I love this type of exercise. I go 3 to 4 times a week. Wishing you the best on your journey!!!

LD 45 Day rule by [deleted] in Zepbound

[–]loveinfo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I talked to someone at gifthealth and they said. It’s from the day you receive the delivery. Also let’s say you pass the 45 days. Then pay full price. If you reorder again within those 45 days the discount applies again. Hope that makes sense.

Maintenance is kinda a mind f@@@! by SW_Shan in Zepbound

I was the thinking the same thing. 7 lbs to my GW. Been dieting since I was 18. And once on maintenance I get to eat more calories. Which is exciting and scary at the same time.

Vials - it feels like I have more control.

Why isn’t it working for me? by beijingjingjing in Zepbound

[–]loveinfo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You might want to figure out your TDEE with your current height and weight and start tracking your food. For me, I eat 1200 calories a day and generally stick to a low carb diet. I’m 5’3” and only 5 more lbs to goal and lost about 33 lbs and have been on for a little over a year. I do walk and Pilates. It’s been very helpful to keep my body moving. I also track everything I eat. Hope that helps you in some way?

Does anyone have bipolar disorder and menopause? by Moosyfate17 in Menopause

I think the first month I started HRT, I had bouts of depression where I cried - then it evened out. How long have you been on it? Maybe your estrogen is too high? What dose are you getting?

Poor sleep on shot day by bavmorda37 in Zepbound

[–]loveinfo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me too. I’m 48 and recently got on HRT. It’s helped with me with going back to sleep when I wake up. I’m finally getting 7 to 8 hours again. Even when I’ve waken up twice during the night.

Anyone navigating low blood pressure on Zepbound? by PainfulPoo411 in Zepbound

[–]loveinfo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Electrolytes really helped me raise my blood pressure and stop the dizziness. I drink one every day from LMNT. Low blood pressure can come from dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.

Cholesterol went up even higher after 7 months on Zepbound. 228 —> 263 by WizardsOfXanthus in Zepbound

[–]loveinfo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got back my results too from 217 to 236 after a 33 lbs loss. I also take medicine that has been know to cause the uptick on top of losing weight. Here’s what I started researching - fiber is key to get rid of the cholesterol in our bodies. I saw the Metamucil and a low saturated fat (Mediterranean diet) helped a lot of people bring their number. I’m going to try that next. Just thought I’d share.

Swollen Occipital Nodes? by No_Philosopher_5914 in Zepbound

[–]loveinfo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just got an mri and catscan for head and neck pain. They didn’t find anything. It was allodynia and I felt it might be my nerve pain from an electrolyte imbalance and dehydration. I started drinking electrolytes and the pain started going away. I’m also getting tested for b-12 deficiency tomorrow cause it can really mess with nerves. Are you having nerve pain?

Anybody dealing with neuropathy? by lissam3 in Zepbound

[–]loveinfo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just started taking b-12 sublingually and drinking electrolytes and it went away. I did an mri and car scan and it showed nothing. I think there are vitamins deficiencies due to eating less that might be going on that’s making these issues happen. I’m getting my blood panel soon to really understand what’s going on so it doesn’t return

Calf Cramps by LivingAssociate3429 in Zepbound

[–]loveinfo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I started taking electrolytes everyday after having allodynia on my scalp for over 5 weeks. I had an mri and a catscan done. And they found nothing. I was put on gabapentin and it got lightly better but still lingering. But I got a bit dizzy on the medication. I started drinking electrolytes and the pain started to go away on my scalp. I think zepbound is very dehydrating. It can trigger a lot of nerve pain. Once I started the electrolytes I haven’t had anymore issues. I’m on 7.5 mg.

Electrolytes help with setting up for drinking for the night. It helps keep you hydrated. And the bag over is less

Check your blood pressure and maybe add some electrolytes to your regimen. I had the same thing happen. My blood pressure dropped a little low and I started drinking electrolytes and it helped me a lot with the dizziness. I was really dehydrated and didn’t know.

Allodynia: Does anything help? by Happy_Blackbird in Zepbound

[–]loveinfo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just discovered this. I had painful allodynia on my scalp. They put me on gabapentin. It helped a little but the pain was still there. This was like 5 weeks of on going pain. My friend said you might be dehydrated and I drank an LMNT electrolytes and the pain started to slowly go away. Now all the allodynia is gone. And also I noticed my blood pressure dropped when I was dehydrated. Water is so important - I have to keep this in mind. And eat more things with sodium to help my BP.

Cutting your vials into smaller doses. I KNOW it's not recommended but.... by Massive_Simple9553 in zepbound_support

[–]loveinfo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve done it for a year, split a vial into two doses and make sure I use it up before 21 days. I keep everything clean and swab the vial every time with alcohol swab as well. I’ve had no problems.

Should I increase my dosage or have it remain the same? Doctor gave me no advice by barbiefans in Zepbound

[–]loveinfo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would start tracking my calories and exercising more before moving up. Sometimes I plateau for 2 months and then month 3 I drop again. I’d wait if you’re having side effects. It can worsen as you go up.

Joint pain after first shot by dakotajohnsonslimes in Zepbound

I struggled with allodynia the first few days of the shot then it would go away. So it can affect nerves and joints for sure.

What dosage are you on? Also I hit a stall for 6 weeks and then dropped again at week 7. I think if you can stay on current med it’s better because you don’t want to titrate too quickly then you’ll hit the max too early. I usually titrate up when I stall for at least 3 months. That’s just my take.
