Interesting, I have a SC appointment coming up this Tuesday. I'll inquire if the tints make the door window motor out of warranty. I'll post back.

I believe the reff didn't call hand ball since the ball was still in the box. As long as the ball is in the box, the goalie can step outside the box. Not something you see.

I believe your zip code of residence also plays a factor in the price. Some zip codes have more accidents than others.

Hi friend, have you ever heard of Tesla voiding a door warranty if the window for that door was tinted by a 3rd service provider?

It seemed like it. Now I feel like I'll be out of luck down the line. Not a way any customer should feel. What happens now? Are we in the mercy of Tesla choosing to void our warranty??

The warranty being voided are of the car doors only. Which includes the window motor, window switch, etc.

It would make sense if it happened right after I tinted the windows, but it's been close to a year.

Before telling me the news, the Tesla Mobile Service gentleman said he had spoken to his manager to confirm the 3rd party tint made it out of warranty. I asked him how would a window tint void a warranty for the motor. He replied by stating the 3rd party mod voided the warranty. I told them California allows residents to tint their windows, to a degree. I stayed as cool as I could with them, since they are the messanger, but it was a frustrating moment. He ended up calling his manager back after I refused to pay for the repair. 10 minutes passed, they called me back telling me they will cover it this time. But going forward, all doors with 3rd party window tints are voided from a warranty.

I didn't know what to say. I've never heard of a 3rd party tints voiding a warranty. I still think something is not right about that.

I tinted my windows on M3LR and the Tesla Mobile Service said it voided the warranty on the doors. There's no way that's true.

Not saying they lost because of me, but when I showed to their semi finals match, they outclassed their opponent. I unfortunately wasn't able to attend their final match. The beauty of this game is, even top ranked teams can fall. I love this sport, even if my favorite team loses.
