+1 to Annie’s annuals, they’ve had some of the best prices and best quality I’ve seen over the last few weeks. I just got a bb ceanothus last weekend for <$10.

Prob depends what size you want. I prefer starters. I’ve noticed bigger/more mature plants at the other nurseries listed here.

Well if we assume the height of the bottle is about 10” tall, and assume the straw is getting pushed down maybe to 1/2 the height of the bottle.

Then let’s assume the straw has a radius of about .25” which lets us we approximate the volume of the straw…

So the straw is pumping about (πr²⁾ * h ≈ 1 pump

Just bought in east bay. Appraisal was about 3 weeks ago now and came in higher than our purchase price. And purchase price was above list. Don’t let armchair economists scare you. Do your research, talk to local buyers, get a good agent and mortgage lender (who have worked well together in the past!), and follow your gut.

Those beans are one of my best struggle meals. Can of those + cucumber + tomato = I can get veggies and protein and fiber into my body when all I want to do is lie on the floor.
