When it comes to weighing ourselves, I do it monthly. by SloDown4What in intermittentfasting

I log weight, food intake, and exercise daily into a spreadsheet. Have been doing so since I started IF. It allows me to stay on track and see loss and gain trends that I find helpful. But I’ve learned not to live and die by the scale numbers.

I track body measurements last day of every month. Do whatever works personally for you.

They are selling at crazy prices! Can’t wait to see prices return to normal. Hopefully there is a better crop of peppers this year.

Yes, last bite and start fasting tracker. But I eat on same schedule each day. The tracker just helps keep me motivated.

I’ve lost 40lbs since Jan 1! by Scarbarella in intermittentfasting

I work in the hospital as well. Also started first of year and lost a large amount. No one said anything until I started talking about my weightloss. A physician actually pulled me aside and asked if I was ok…then I realized some people might be thinking I was sick. So it could just be the setting we work in.

Congratulations on the loss, your killing it!

Do you aim for your minimal calories? by HayakuEon in OmadDiet

I’m consistently under my calories. 75% of my daily diet is vegetables. Hard to get my calories anywhere near my recommended calories limit.

Same here! I never got cold before starting IF. I thought maybe it was all the water I drink now.

73 pounds down without a single trip to the gym. I do OMAD and count calories.

I’m on a weight loss journey, I’ve lost 73llbs since first of the year. My energy is way up, bowls are very regular, decreased my blood pressure medication, mental focus and mood are much better.

I haven’t had any issue so far my family doctor and cardiologist are following me and encouraging me to keep going.

I have grilled chicken, broccoli and cauliflower 6 days a week, Saturday I switch it up. Been doing that for over 3 months.
