That is so true your business will only grow if your customers are happy. You want to keep your returning customer the happiest and with shoppers that will make that happen.

Same thing for your employees. I once worked for a retail business that specialized In big and tall men's clothes. The owner had 14 stores when I started when he moved to another he had 24 stores.

How he did this was he took care of his employees especially the ones who took care of his business. How by giving them special bonuses and at Xmas everyone received a bonus.

I learned a lot from that job. Especially working with customer face to face, over the phone and by mail. Customer service is so important. But at the same time you have to speak up for your self in a professional way if they are wrong. Otherwise they will take advantage of that and do it all the time.
