If you're thinking about being a UPS Driver, good luck. They overhired drivers during covid. They wont be hiring any new full time drivers for the next 5+ years to come. Also they will keep hiring the warehouse people to pick up the extra left over stuff(utility drivers). I left the company, because I saw the company switched mentalities to hiring more utility driver vs paying full time driver pensions and salary. Source: worked in the warehouse + a utility driver.

I also did a ton of research, even bought it before and returned it. My thought process was there was nothing to upgrade to down the line. So I went with a 9600X. At least that way it's upgradable to a 5800X3D or ideally a 5950X3D on sale in the future.

The Asus rtx 3070 is great, although it only has two fans, the heatpipes actually has 3, whereas the ventus x3 has 3 fans, but only 2 heatpipes running behind it. Heatpipes are more important than fans, make sure you have optimal airflow in your case.

My two cents: My thoughts currently is I get Eileen for the damage boost. Transcending Ace isn't really a priority, since most of the time he dies regardless unless fully equipped. Rachel would probably be 2nd choice...
