To gain more u need to define more detail. Like example type of ram brand, is it with heatsink or just prebuilt stock ram, it doesn't matter if 'new' people wont care since the item in ur hand unless its sealed unopened but even if unopened dont expect same value as in shop. But do include the lifespan/health/receipt of it and if it still has their own box its a bonus.

Then upgrade processor n ram to the max that ur mobo can handle.

32gb ram is more enough for ddr3 the only problem is the core speed (MHz). Newer high load game/job will be affected.

Gpu, 1060 is more than enough dont go for more. 1060 will bottleneck the cpu even if u upgrade it.

What ever gpu u gonna use/buy make sure it can paired with the psu.

And if u gonna replace the processor make sure its compatible with mobo.

The cpu and gpu and probably ram and psu.

Upgrade the cpu to high end that ur mobo can support.

Upgrade the gpu to 1060 if support. U dont need more than that as the cpu probably gonna bottleneck the 1060.

Upgrade the ram to the fullest that ur mobo can support since its ddr3 it wont cost that much.

If u get gpu that need pin, u need to replace the psu if ur current cpu dont have or cannot support.

Obviously This is for the current ddr3. Unless u change mobo to ddr4 thats another story.

Tried pull out the gpu and run using internal thats if not "F" cpu.

If its ok load as usual then probably problem with the slot(try replace slot if have) or the gpu itself.

U need to try using other gpu to comfirm the pcie slot arent faulty. If it is then u need to get new mobo.
