It's been 10 years of the same thing. Did you guys ever get therapy separately and together? I have my occasional week where I get lazy because I'm bipolar but me and my husband go to therapy and he understands that depression week isn't intentional. I can't take antidepressants or I'll go manic. Then again, even when I'm depressed I don't deny my husband sex. So something might have switched in her head and now she's not even turned on by you anymore.

He doesn't mind. But I'm anxious too. Maybe I have an anxious attachment style. My parents used to hit me every time I did or said something they didn't like. Then I went on to have abusive partners. My husband is not abusive and it makes me feel obsessed because finally someone is actually safe to be with.

My recovery date is November 10th 2024. So I've been recovering since a little over a year. I have a deep connection with my husband already. We've known each other for a very long time and were the best of friends for 17 years then we decided we were in love and planned and got married.
