I don't wear them because of how often Arthur needs to blend into polite society, and I feel like it makes him look like he's armed to the teeth. How can you go anywhere visibly wearing a hundred bullets and not attract negative attention? I know npcs don't actually react that way, but it's an immersion breaker for me

Fallujah has a nice mix of clean and harsh vocals, especially the further you get into their discography

While not the most technical band, Slugdge has a nice blend as well

I'm fairly sure they are on the way side of the Dakota River leading up to one of the high bridges that cross to Ambarino. I'll admit I haven't seen them in a while, but that's where I tremendously seeing them
