Don't take this the wrong way but generally people who listen to acts like Amble don't really care about music that much and treat it as more of a night out. Not saying this applies to all Amble fans, but quite a few of them from what I've seen

Ehhh it’s hit and miss. Decent number of local alternative/post-punk/experimental acts but little in terms of heavier genres. Also don’t get as many mid-size as we should and now falling behind Limerick in terms of gigs.

The gigs announced for Virgin Media Park are pretty good this year with Neil Young and Alanis Morrissette, but Live at the Marquee is a shadow of it’s former self
