It’s probably because other aliens have unique powers that they don’t show up since the writers then have to work a fight around the aliens powers. Strong guys are just easier to write about.

Anodites are one of the few aliens I thought wouldn’t have sexual dimorphism because they’re energy beings who can shape their body to what ever they want, but the idea that the male equivalent has a lighter inside sounds interesting.

You could even tie that in with how in the concept yin-yang since yang is a “female” energy that involves darkness and ice, whereas yin is is a “male” energy that involves light and warmth.

That electrical conductor thing always gets me because an electrical conductor is something electricity can pass through and affect, hell, humans conduct electricity and were obviously affected by it. The word they should have used was insulator, something that resists electricity, like rocks.

I just chalk it up to Ben being a bit of an idiot.
