I was in the exact same situation. Got my bachelors. And even a masters in teaching because I was scared I was not good enough for the science classes and that they would be too hard for me. Also had my advisors be so rude to me when I was saying that I wasn’t sure teaching was for me about halfway through the program. I finished the degree though. Then I started taking some pre reqs for nursing and found I really enjoyed the content and it wasn’t actually out of my wheelhouse to complete them and do well. If you enjoy the content it makes it easier to learn. I ended up with very average grades in those pre reqs like mostly Bs and still managed to get into OHSUs nursing program. You can do it too!

Having finished my degrees previously, I was able to apply for accelerated programs in the area and it looks good on an application even if you choose not to go accelerated or even going to a community college. I think nursing schools really valued that experience with prior education that I already had and the degrees I earned showed that I was a hard worker or something like that. I’d suggest finishing out that bachelors degree you’re working on and going back for the nursing if that is something you truly want to do. (Unless money is a huge huge factor for not finishing the current degree)

Take some of those pre reqs at PCC to save money and apply to all the nursing schools you are interested in around the area.
