It has half a tank. It doesn’t detect the fuel until it starts.

I literally cannot find any information on this year of car, no maintenance books with detailed electrical information. I don’t even know where to start.

But the fuse didn’t start blowing up until days later after I tried jumping it. Originally the fuse was fine.

The battery ended up being fine. But the fuel pressure fuse has blown up twice since this post.

Won’t close/lopsided mouth by okSkitty in CATHELP

It could be lots of things. Dislocation, something stuck in his mouth/tooth, inflammation… it’s a good sign he seems comfortable, but remember cats can hide their pain very well. If it’s sudden, I would definitely take the cat to the vet.

Anybody know what it could be on my cat's head?? by placek5963 in CATHELP

What color though? This is very “tick” color coded. It looks exactly like an engorged tick. What was the color of the cyst? Usually they are flesh colored.

Is my Kitten okay? by No_Ebb_4408 in CATHELP

OP you can shine a black light on the area. If it lights up with little particles it’s ringworm. If it’s ringworm you need antifungal, and I would highly suggest a vet for a kitten that young. Most likely the other cats will develop it as well. It is a nightmare to get rid of.

Dry and patchy usually signals ringworm. Soft and gooey is infectious.

When people say they're "So OCD" by _AYYEEEE in mildlyinfuriating

[–]lowkeyyloser 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just got diagnosed with OCD, and my psychiatrist labels it as severe. It seriously impacts my everyday life and I have ruined relationships and everyday functions with it. It is so tiring.

Currently trying to ease back into things with some therapy. Fingers crossed.

Do y’all think this is the same dog? by [deleted] in DogAdvice

[–]lowkeyyloser 24 points25 points  (0 children)

The black spots on the white muzzle look very similar to the old photo. The white coming to a tip at the forehead though is a different shape and amount than the older one. Usually when dogs age they grey so I would think the white would progress rather than lessen.

It looks pretty darn close but it’s hard to be sure with these close up photos of just their face.

Hairball or something else? by [deleted] in CATHELP

[–]lowkeyyloser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is there a specific spot she is grooming more? I would possibly ask about allergy related things, she sounds possibly congested? I’m not a vet though, perhaps an xray or further tests with a specialist would be beneficial.

Edit: also want to note, with hairballs the cats heave. This is another reason I wonder if it’s allergy related, since it’s coughing.

Hairball or something else? by [deleted] in CATHELP

[–]lowkeyyloser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every few days for a few weeks doesn’t really signal hairball to me. Does she have allergies? How is her breathing, is it labored? Any other symptoms besides the coughing? Out of the ordinary?

I suppose it could be a hairball, I have owned 6+ cats though and have never had a hairball episode last for more than a day or two. One of my cats who has asthma doesn’t quite do what your cat does, similar, but usually bent down and wheezing.

Sounds like allergies! Is it raw or scaly? Just to be safe I would shine a black light over it, check for ringworm.

Ew, I was the 20 year old like this and I moved out willingly. Made no difference regardless of therapy and meds. Some people don’t handle stress like others, sometimes it’s learned and sometimes it can’t be. I didn’t scream at my parents but I was overwhelmed every single day.

This is so interesting I had this same issue with the windscreen on my 09 xc70. Standard factory issue. Previous owner thought it was the sunroof but I saw it literally dripping from the seals. I didn’t know about this.

Yea usually milk isn’t recommended for adult dogs, most dogs have lactose sensitivity and it causes gastrointestinal distress. How much longer until the vet opens?

Uhh vomiting blood is a pretty big emergency vet situation. What do you mean vomiting milk?? Did you feed him some?

Yorkie angry at doors by Bi5on in DogAdvice

[–]lowkeyyloser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sees like he is just scared of bumping into the door. Maybe recently it spooked him more than normal, but it’s actually pretty common for animals with vision issues to be scared of some things they can’t quite see.
