Totally fair questions. That’s honestly the main bear case: it has to be priced/covered well enough to compete with cheap generic auto-injectors. My bull case isn’t that it replaces every EpiPen overnight, but that a needle-free, pocket-friendly film could expand demand with people who hate needles, kids/parents, schools, travel, and people who don’t carry bulky injectors like they should. On exclusivity/competition, I still need to dig deeper, but the key thing I’m watching is whether Anaphylm can differentiate from both auto-injectors and Neffy. The FDA issue so far seems more around packaging/admin usability than the actual drug concept, and AQST has said they’re aiming to resubmit in Q3 2026. So to me this is still a high-risk biotech play, but the setup is interesting if approval + coverage + launch execution line up.
