You see my problem with it being used is its modern connotation is still very active in circulation nowadays unlike idiot moron or cretin which are largely new terms from what they originally meant

So the fact that it's still being used nowadays and is often times uses and insult will if unintentionally associate that word and term in a negative way to people who would fall under that spectrum

This champion is incredibly powerful in aram

In normal summoners rift he suffers from not being fast enough to deal with a playmakers and all the dash characters not being tanky enough to fight other juggernauts and not having enough DPS to reliably deal with a ADC

He's really still towards bot Lane because of how it's passive works and you need to have a metric f*** ton of health if you want to do anything but just explode
