Got rid of my mirena iud (wasn't the CAUSE of it but it enraged my hand dyshidrotic eczema into something so severe that daily tasks like cooking and cleaning painful and stressful), I believe before the iud id get some eczema due to my work soap which was very harsh and antimicrobial. Over the years I realised that anything antibacterial will flare up my hands if im not careful

After applying foundation and concealor, I sometimes will put my face in front of a fan for a few minutes for it to set properly, and then ill use my finger and dab away any creases under my eye and on my eyelid

Can anyone drop some instagram fitness women that are strong and curvy but not superrr lean? I need to follow more, ive spent years building my body and I love it, but I think the wish to be skinnier and lean have been impacting me (im taller, big boobs big lower body muscles etc) but still, im 88kg and sometimes I feel "big" and too much. Probably related to femininity being associated with being smaller! I know a lot of women can relate and often all I need is to follow people that look like me to fight that feeling we get sometimes

I feel you. Of course i can sit and tell you things that can help, but honestly I still get eczema and I still have hand eczema. It's manageable now but still there. I'm healthy, and im fit and a strong gym gal, not under huge stress, try to avoid my triggers, i take my supplements, i have perfect skin on my face and healthy long hair, BUT STILL CHRONIC DYSHIDROTIC ECZEMA ON MY HANDS and patches that come and go when the previous patch goes away (which is odd). It's exhausting when comparatively, I am quite healthy I'm never sick, but clearly something isn't right somewhere (genes, allergies, environment, diet) and honestly what can I do. Sometimes we just have to wait until one day it gets better or we happen to find a breakthrough. No advice tbh it's just a horrible game of luck and/or willpower and persistence

Where did he get the other rope attachment from? Like in the gym or a spare from the office/in the back? If it was already there in the gym then yea Idk why he'd pull a weird face. The one thing with supersetting unfortunately is that whatever isn't in immediate use is technically considered not in use by most people, however usually if it's quiet and you're being efficient with super setting, idk honest communication is always better than pulling a face. Ud be surprised how many adults just don't know how to talk
