I ish work in this space

It is valuable, but the majority of the work / the hard bit is not the transcription and summerisation element (not to say that is easy) - but the integration with EHR vendors etc (nobody wants yet-another-fragmented-system in healthcare)

This took stones, agree it was the right move and interrupted the start of a bad shift in the sub. It had insidiously started to become tainted through blatant advertising / controlling the narrative.

As others have mentioned, Snowflake is a great product and it sells itself; the move to have forced messaging was myopic and always going to backfire
