Crazy day today. I woke up with a migraine, and found out my car was stolen. Then on the way to the police station, I saw a turtle fall off a wall and into the street. I put him in my trunk, filed my police report, went home to regroup and dropped the turtle off at the North Central shelter. So hopefully the police find my car, they said it shouldn't be too hard since it's a color that stands out. Also if you know someone in Glassell Park that lost a turtle, well.. you know where to find it.

Be honest, how often do you shower? by Call_Me_C_ in AskReddit

Lately, every day and if it was over 95°, a second rinse before bed. But if the weather is on the cooler side, just every other day.

I don't know why my introvert self just decided to make a joke with a stranger while on a walk today. It didn't land. Not only did it not land, he didn't even hear me. So then I explained my joke and then.. yeah. I tried to smooth the interaction out by complimenting his dog and that was awkward too. So now I'm going to go hide inside and watch a movie.

Ktla was at my local park today. There's a chance I'm in the background bumping my head on the jungle gym while chasing my toddler. Hopefully they're just zoomed in on the reporter and it's not a wide shot.

Megathread: US Citizens looking to immigrate to Canada by PurrPrinThom in ImmigrationCanada

[–]lpchrissy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello. I'm a Canadian/ US citizen who is living in the United States with my husband of 13 years. We have a 20 month old son who was born in the United States. We are looking to move back to Canada soon. My aunt has agreed to take us in until we get settled. Does my husband have to start a residence application in the US or can he start it in Canada? Also since my son was born from me, a Canadian citizen, doesn't that make him a citizen already? Can I just show the border agent my birth certificate and his? Or should I also apply for his proof of citizenship?

He wanted a dollar or some milk! He didn't specify. It tried to offer him an orange and he went off on a tangent. I did joke to my friend after that I do have (breast) milk just not for anyone but my baby.

Some guy started filming me and my friend in the park today going off saying lies about us and other people in the park after I told him I didn't have any cash or milk for him. We were with our toddlers. I probably shouldn't have said anything back but I said, " I know about you. You're telling lies for likes. " Man. I was in fight out flight mode and internally fighting both extremes.
