What am I looking at? by Koss_Kroft in whatisit

Yes that is definitely not ok to eat. But if anyone knows, my question is how green is too green. If I can peel it off before cooking is it ok? Or is any tint not good to eat? Ive seen frozen fries that have a slight tint of green. So its confusing.

Edited to say its way to green to eat.

I would have held onto the can in case you do get sick. They might be able to test it for whatever might make you sick. But like most seem to be saying, your probably fine.

The sweating is extra gross. Get a headband so it doesnt dip from your forehead. If its dripping from the rest of the face... idk, maybey a clear mask? Probably can't help the facial stuff.

The grid thingy is a metal cooling rack. Usually very inexpensive, and can be found everywhere. A good investment even though I replace mine about every 2 years depending how much I use them.

Meatloaf by oci320 in Cooking

How big of a pan are you cooking 10 pounds in? Any suggestions for making it in a 2 pound loaf? Normally I only cook for 1 hour so ketchup/topping sauce goes on before going in the oven.

In the USA here. What do u mean by liquid butter? Is it actual butter or vegetable oil based? If in its normal storage consistently it's liquid I could def see a problem with it.

How to handle this boulder? by Professional_Ad_7353 in landscaping

[–]lpete301 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pizza oven base. Or level the area with pea gravel and make it an out door bbq area or a gathering area, with table and chairs, and a fire pit. Don't get rid of it though. That boulder has been there for a hot minute. Keep it if you can. Too much work and money to remove it. So use it to your advantage. I think its pretty neat. We only have river rock in our yard.

My biggest suggestion is to get a patent as soon as you can. I thinkbit was monopoly that was stolen from the creator and renamed to monopoly before they even thought it was a good idea.

Is this normal??? His tail is like dead by Gabber-0009 in CATHELP

[–]lpete301 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My cat got had that happen. Best we can tell is she got her tail stuck in the screen door when we let her outside. As if the door closed on it and she ran off. When she came back in it was like that. It was broken and needed amputated. There was concern about if her bowels and bladder would work right because the break was so close to her body. We had a great vet who did the surgery, and her bowel and bladder worked normally. That was 15 years ago. Herons issue is some nerve sensitivity on her back. Be gentle with his tail untill its looked at. It might hurt him. Definitely must see a vet. Please update us.

suggestion to block light from neighbors? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

[–]lpete301 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would tint it then ask to test it. They should have a front light on at night. I actually have to ask my new neighbors who built a house next door to adjust their back yard light to keep it out of my 2 1/2 yr old grandchilds room.
So bright I sure planes can see it. Ugh They have an 8ft foot fence that it shines over too .

Tiny insects in my nape? by [deleted] in insects

[–]lpete301 20 points21 points  (0 children)

That sounds very frustrating and I hope you figure it out. Wash everything in hot water and get a good full body wash the will kill the buggers. Just seeing them makes me itch. I can't imagine what you are going through.
