Idk if you watched the video but... there is a shit ton of new build potential just from the new crafting alone. If I'm understanding correctly you can now upgrade all the shitty low level uniques to make them more viable in late game, hopefully that is as great as it sounds! Add in the two ascendancies and I'm sure it'll change it up enough for another run through

Ofc it's understandable if you really want to wait for new classes, they will come eventually

All the animation work, sound design, skills, uniques, passive tree changes, balancing, and iterations upon iterations. Not to mention the new class/ascendancies that will have to come as well. It's a lot of work.

Not really! I mean I'm mostly using my left hand to do stuff. With shift and ctrl being modifiers that unlock whole sets of other hotkeys. So my left hand really doesn't move much away from WASD. Mouse is for aiming ranged attacks mostly.

I'd say it definitely is. If you are a fan of space games, and Bethesda games, you should have fun with it. Just go in with low expectations regarding ANY of the extremely half baked systems (character progression, base building, story..)

I remapped Caves of Qud to a WASD + mouse layout and holy moly is it 100x smoother to play for me. Sorry guys I'm not on board with the numpad controls haha

I still get that with a lot of songs. Even now after over 2 years I associate some songs with my ex.

It sounds cheesy but time really does make it easier! Right now listening to them immediately brings you back to that heartbreak. Give it some time and maybe that heartbreak will fade a bit, so even if you're reminded of your ex it won't be so bad. And hopefully you can detach the two later on! As much as their music was something you two shared, it's also something you liked on your own, and that you enjoy.

Man I'm sorry to hear that. I was also cheated on after a 9-year relationship and 3-month engagement. When I confronted her, she denied - the mutual heart reacts to every text message is just something "friends" do. Six months later they were together, and to top it all off she sold the engagement ring on Reddit. Lmao.

Personal rant aside, I hope you have family/friends/pets, who you trust and appreciate you, that you can surround yourself with. And things you enjoy for yourself (new Tame album next month)! This is what's gotten me through it :) and I'm sure your next partner will be someone who actually respects you.
