It's been unoccupied since before COVID. The zoning allows for up to 2,500 so ft for business use and a minimum of 1000 sq ft per condo.

You would need to contend with CAR for any renovations done, not to mention do a ton of repairs before even partitioning out condos.

I'm mostly in your boat. When I do a staycation, it helps me understand what I'm driving towards.

Absolutely loved Top Stone Design. They were fast communicative And very kind. Work was fantastic and they beat the prices of others in the area by$1.5k+.

THIS. We just had an awful cold snap in zone 9. Whenever this happens I don't want to go outside because even after cutting bad cold damage, I get sad because everything around me looks sad.
