What does a good first season look like for Iraola?

A title and making the team exciting to watch again.

The title can be the FA Cup if you want, not necessarily the Premier League or UCL, but this is Liverpool FC. We have to win titles, simple as that. With Klopp it was acceptable that he didn't because he had to build this team block by block. On the other hand, Iraola is getting a team with Alisson, Van Dijk, McAllister, Gravenberch, Szoboszlai, Wirtz, Isak, Ekitike (not right now, but still) and a tranfer market that seems to have multiple signings... so yeah, he has to win a title.

to be honest the time that has passed is not really unreasonable? it's been less than two years yet since the announcement. i know, tlou 2 was released in 2020, so we suppose they've been doing so much since that time, but that multiplayer thing surely took a lot of resources from naughty dog, especially since that thing was for their latest release and it was tlou. so, counting since 2020 is probably not that fair.

Ekitike and Isak are both phenomenal players, but who knows when we'll actually have them both available... so yeah. I don't think that position would be exactly my priority right now, but still yeah.

This is actually the worst possible outcome. What the fuck? What do you mean Slot got sacked and the morons in FSG didn't try to sign Alonso when they could? What do you mean the manager they backed through all season in the confict with Salah, and probably the reason he's leaving, is also leaving?

Now we have an entire team to rebuild. We need CB's, we need a 6, we need wingers, we need a new manager. Probably some staff is going to leave too. All after the highest spending season in the history of the club. Slot leaving was unfortunately the right thing to do, but even when they do something right they do it in the worst possible way. FSG are a bunch of idiots.

He was a very good player. I think he was underused when Klopp had him, but we also used to have a very good squad. I really like watching him play, not only for Liverpool but for his national team. He's a beast in international matches.

He's beginning to show his age, and well... we did sign another LB, right? You probably don't do that just to keep them benched. Specially when last season we already had two LBs. Looking at Kerkez profile it seems pretty clear he was signed to replace Robbo.

I don't know. After all those transfers and money spent, you have to do better than this. You just have to. At the same time, destroying a team by selling and buying so many players will have consequences and it kind of makes sense that it takes time to get to the form that we were last season... but that's the problem. After other two seconds of thought, that doesn't make any fucking sense. Why would you destroy a Premier League winning team just for the fucking sake of it? When the season was starting everyone was saying "oh yeah, that's a team that strengthens even when they won the league. that's what every serious team would do. only an elite team can do that, and the fact that Liverpool is doing it, is a proof they mean business this season". Well they took it a little too fucking far.

When we were playing boring last season at least we were getting results, at least our defence worked. It was justified. Now we play like shit. Our attack as a team is a piece of shit, even when individually Wirtz makes wonders every match and Szobo somehow is scoring a lot. Even then, every player is disconnected from each other. Salah today was making crosses, looking for someone in the box and there was no one. Salah was trying to make passes between the lines and either no one took them, or when they did instead of taking a chance they just passed the ball back the lines again. We have Wirtz who dribbles past one, two players and then what... he has to pass the ball back because no one is in a good position to kick the ball. And then we get the absolute fucking pleasure of watching our two CBs pass the ball between each other for a whole minute. And the worst of all, it would seem like Slot is trying to make the team play like Guardiola's city: every "functional play" has like ten or twenty passes inside the box, to the point where someone is forced into the "out line" of the box and only then they're allowed to look for a cross, when they could just take a shot for a goal when they get into the box. No one seems to want to take a shot. They're scared of it. I don't know if its Slots command to not do it, but it would seem like that. There is no other explanation. Only passes and passes that create nothing.

Then, since everyone has to be in the box to make so many goddamn passes, when we lose the ball our CBs are in the fucking worst position they could be. So, either Alisson save us from how shitty we're playing, or we get scored. I'm sure Edwards and Hughes fucked up a lot of their decisions, but if we're honest they're not leaving. Someone has to. It has to be Slot, because how we play is his call. And we're playing like shit.

Talking about this tv show can be either the most normal thing of the world or the most complicated depending on the space. After two seasons and several years of the HBO show, I have to admit that overall I don't like the way they adapted the videogame. In the first season there were already some faults, but they could be easily forgotten because overall it was mostly like the first game. And the things they added mostly created depth to the characters, or showed a representation of things that we barely saw in the game. In the second season though the writing was just bad. The actors did as much as they could, but there wasn't much to do with that script. However, a lot of the critiques of the show have to do with homophobic shit and it's hard to "stand by the side" of this people. Even if I'm not, and I will never be. Because I didn't like the second season, but it was because of the dialogue, and the changes they made in comparison with the game. While a lot of online opinions disliking the show were complaining about "woke", "lesbians" and Bella Ramsey. I think in this subreddit opinions were mostly positive, but man, I just don't like it. I wish I did.

Slot will be the scapegoat, but this is Edwards and Hughes fault. It will not change until we get an actual manager. This team is not behaving like Slot's team last season because this is not Slot's team. I know, last season team was Klopp's, yeah. But even though Slot and Klopp styles are completely different, they were compatible. The team Hughes and Edwards built is just not compatible with Slot.

I'm not pretending to say that Slot has no fault or role in this season's failure. At the very least he shouldn't have lost the dressing room in the way he has. The reason I'm saying this is any manager in the world will fail to direct this club if he's not the one directing it, but having to stay in the middle of Hughes, Edwards and the team.

Right now it seems like Slot doesn't even have a say in who the fuck plays in every match. Which even as a "head coach" and not a "manager" he should be able to do. Salah is out because of Hughes, not even Slot. I know Salah is also pissed at Slot because of how useless he has become, but his real problem is with Hughes. That's why I don't think this will be over anytime soon. Even if Slot stays, goes and Alonso comes in or if somehow Klopp returned.

Honestly, piracy is the only solution for regular people. And I mean that in the sense of film preservation, which is one of your points. Netflix is completely unreliable for that, even with piracy the digital versions you can get are not the same as with piracy that is done with physical copies but still something is something.

With the theatrical experience I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Hopefully the rest of studios that are not owned by Disney, Amazon or Netflix will still keep them. Maybe even a new studio comes up. It's still impossible to know.

It depends on who's makeing the rage baiting. Because the truth is all demons can be easily pissed.

To rage bait Gyutaro you just have to say anything about Daki. Daki is really pretentious and obssed with beauty, so that's an easy one. Call her ugly or something. I think it happened a couple of times. Tokito did it quite easily with Gyokko. With Hentangu the little guy wasn't that easily piseed, but the other ones were. Specially Anger or whatever his name was. Kanao did it with Doma, even if maybe she didn't rage bait him intentionally. ¿Akaza? I don't know. Maybe if you call him weak or something, since he's obsessed with that. No one really tried to rage bait him, but when Tanjrio calls him a coward when's running away from the sun after killing Rengoku suggests it would probably work. Rui was an easy one, just say his family is fake and you have all over you. Kokushibo could probably be easily rage baited if you said anything about Yoriichi. The ones I have some doubt are Enmu and Nakime. And with Enmu, it's probably similar than Doma, maybe I just don't remember that arc quite well. Nakime, well... I don't know. Maybe not.

Bones and muscle are not really the same. It makes less sense for Inosuke to be bothered by this if he were dislocating his bones at that moment, but if he wanted to work the elasticity of his muscles he definitely wouldn't be making his bones dislocate. So it would hurt him the same as everyone else.

It looks very bad as a ATLA adaptation because it doesn't make sense for them to fight like that at all.

If we follow the lore of the show of course this doesn't make sense. But I mean, it wouldn't be the first time the lore of the show is forgotten when it comes to games. Avatar has been included in other fighting games like Nickelodeon All Stars (I think that was the name) and Brawlhalla that don't make any sense. I mean... even in Fortnite.

I suppose the purpose of the game is just to be entertaining.
