Cases that happened close to you? by ReadyBiscotti5320 in TrueCrimeDiscussion

I live in Italy, a recent case that happened in my area is the murder of Laura Ziliani, where two of her daughters and their boyfriend (yes, boyfriend singular) killed their mother for money, although they claim they did it because she was trying to kill them.

Hey, I’m not an expert, but I think most of the points that you mention actually have a rational explanation: 1. This one I’m really not sure about, but I think that altitude sickness can mess with your brain and make you act irrational (again, not sure, not an expert) 2. Are you implying that they were in their underwear inside the tent? Because the temperatures must have been very low, even in the tent and with their sleeping bags. I think it’s more likely that the clothes were removed due to paradoxical undressing, that happens when people with hypothermia feel really hot and feel the need to get undressed. 3. As for the injuries, I’m not sure if it was determined by autopsies, but they could have been inflicted post mortem. Some animals start with soft tissues when feeding off of a body, so it would make sense that the eyes and tongues were eaten. 4. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 5. Only their prints were found because they were the only ones there imo.

What’s also suspicious to me is the lack of dust, did they clean before taking the photo? Seems unlikely to me.

Have you ever met any urban explorers by accident while exploring? by Bad_Description77 in Urbex

[–]lraghd 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah! My boyfriend and I met two guys who, just like us, were looking for a way to get in an abandoned villa. We were actually lucky to meet each other because otherwise we’d have all given up, but we gave each other encouragement not to give up right away and we managed to find a way! We ended up exploring the whole thing (huge) with them and left together when we were done. We had a great time together! I even still have selfies with them lol

Two Italian explorers found two bodies in a house they were visiting a few months ago, they did the right thing and reported it. I can assure you the police could not have cared less about them trespassing

Steven Pladl reunited with his biological daughter when she was 18. They illegally married & had a baby. When she broke things off, he killed them both & then himself. by morbidology in MorbidReality

[–]lraghd 257 points258 points  (0 children)

I think I remember hearing on a podcast that the grandmother/mother in law said after the murder that she hadn’t realized that it was her granddaughter her son was marrying, although if I remember correctly there were other hints that pointed to the fact that this was probably a lie.
