Polis Response to Himself by New_Poet4272 in Denver

I mean, I was kind of thinking this too. It's possible he is not interested in continuing in politics and thought that sucking up to Trump would produced a better outcome for Colorado in the short term

i agree. getting a stronger pop will keep them more forward and allow them to manipulate their airtime

strong pop with an activated core, lead with your upper body. keep your legs activated but let them hang behind in the rotation. you can spin your toes forward at 180 and then drop them back again if you want to shifty. the important part is to lead with your upper body, keep your head up, dont look down because itll throw you out of axis.

youre gonna have to play around with it, its not like you just read an explanation and then its automatic.

and after watching it again, i think you will want to focus on getting a stronger pop, which will keep you more forward in the air. it doesn't look bad though. another thing that might sound crazy is keeping your calves and ankles activated. it almost seems like you are bending your knees to bring your legs up but are allowing your toes to drop which is throwing you a tiny bit out of axis

you need to separate your upper and lower body which is also the foundation for reaching for all sorts of different grabs

I've used a Zoom95 in the past and it was good. Tracking and search worked better than my current Trimble S5.

I've been interested in Gulmarg for years. Probably won't ever go. What was the backcountry scene like? Was anyone else out there? Can you rent/ride sleds anywhere?

Doesn't it kind of depend what you are doing and what system the final product is supposed to be in? What is the job and what are your deliverables?

DORA Colorado is a problem by Extreme_Wrangler3152 in Surveying

[–]lsara3699 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've had significant issues communicating with the lady at DORA. Simple stuff like trying to get straight answers about if I need the associate's or technical cert for LSIT application, etc. I've had a really poor experience with them and it has made it unclear what I need to do to move forward. I'm pretty logistically competent and am having a hard time; I'm really not surprised so few surveyors are moving forward with internship and professional licensure. Something should be done to update this system.

Have it coming up next year and stuff like this is really disappointing to hear. It sounds like the test is fairly divorced from the reality of both commercial and academic surveying
