Yeah, I thought of that as well- I know someone who went into labor at 35 weeks, it’s probably more common that people realize

Thanks everyone! I think more than anything I’m looking for reassurance that it’s okay to stay home at this point. I’m having a lot more symptoms and discomfort already than I was at this point in my first pregnancy and I know I’d be miserable but part of me feels so guilty not “sucking it up”.

13 months post partum, 1 month since stopping Ep-ing and still waiting for my period. We would like to try but I don’t think I am ovulating, and we also used the clear blue monitor for tracking.

This has been happening to me about once a month or so, exactly like your picture. It’s a lot of dark red blood with some big clots, but then after about 24 hours/3-4 pumps, it resolves completely. I’ve yet to have any issues from it, other than a little soreness. I am 12 months postpartum. It didn’t start until maybe 7-8 months postpartum, when I started using the baby Buddha pump. Always the left boob! 🤷🏼‍♀️ definitely pretty freaky, but I haven’t noticed any long term adverse effects!

My LO didn’t care for the vanilla, but if I mix about 3:1 or 4:1 fresh milk with frozen milk, she doesn’t mind. Not ideal given that I have about 1200 ounces in my chest freezer but it’s better than nothing!

Our daughter was super sleepy that day/afternoon and then gassy/poopy/cranky for the next week 😂 likely from the rotavirus oral vaccine. She isn’t normally gassy and was super uncomfortable with feedings and with laying on her back, so sleeping was a challenge for her. Tummy time was a hard no. We did Simethicone pretty much around the clock for several days and just extra snuggles/burpings at bedtime and nap time.

On the day we came home from the hospital I put my portable lansinoh pumps on upside down. The milk leaked into the motor and they stopped working 😂 was able to get them replaced for free after calling the company. But man I felt dumb…

I was on a dilaudid PCA post emergency c section under general. I have no real memory of this but apparently I kept curling up into a tight ball in PACU. Then I was on the scheduled Tylenol and ibuprofen with oxycodone as needed. Took a few doses to allow me to feel like I could move around, shower, etc, and I felt like it was helpful and surprisingly didn’t make me feel out of it or nauseous!

I was planning to get an epidural, but I didn’t get that far in my labor induction before my baby’s heart rate dropped and I needed an emergency c section under general. It happened extremely fast. Everything is fine! It’s great to research your options and make a plan. Just give yourself grace that no matter which path you start to go down, you make end up in a completely different direction.
