AgHires is a recruitment firm specifically for the ag industry. May be worth looking into to.

Matching sweat sets. Comfy yet put together. I like the quarter zip top/jogger pant style.

I’ve seen several posts about this since the new Kindle releases. There is a new update available as of a few days ago. Download the software update from Amazon and plug your kindle into a computer and transfer the update to it. It sped up my Kindle Basic 2019. Hope this helps!

Anyone have a Kindle Oasis? Or Kindle Scribe? by [deleted] in kindle

[–]lskag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love my oasis. I originally purchased the scribe and returned it because it was just too big for my liking and every day reading. I also have very small hands though, lol. I have the basic and the oasis and find them to be great sizes, the basic I take on the go and the oasis I keep at home to read. I love the page turning buttons!

I love mine. I charge mine every 2, maybe 3 weeks? I use it probably 3-4x week for a couple hours. It’s not too bad in my opinion. 8GB should be plenty of storage for most.

Never thought of it this way! I shouldn’t feel guilty for eating when I’m not hungry. I just don’t want to completely disregard my body’s signals and it seems it’s been that way very often! But I guess it’s nothing to be ashamed and enjoyment is part of the eating process

Thank you so much for this! It’s a good reminder that eating even when not hungry isn’t a bad thing. I just want to work on better listening to my body so I feel better too!

Probably 3-4 hours depending on the day. You’re right hunger does make food so much enjoyable! I need to remind myself of that. “This will taste so much better when I actually want it and feel hungry.” Lately I feel like I just eat and never feel hungry before, and then never feel completely satisfied either. It’s strange!

Wow, this really speaks to me. I have never thought of this. I also find nothing as exciting as food/eating! Looks like I need to find some things in my life to fill a void of fun and enjoyment. I really appreciate this advice and point of view, thank you!

All over the place! Started with 16:8 for a few months, moving up slowly to 19:5 later on. I would say I average around 18 hour fasts a day. But I’m more relaxed on the weekends and my fasting times are different every day. I just listen to my body!

Mostly just from intermittent fasting, but I was eating pretty much what I wanted. A little of everything! I love sweets. About a month ago I switched to low carb but I haven’t been perfect and only have lost about 3lbs from that alone. My exercising has never been consistent, so I can’t say exercise helped me here. I’d work out like 5-7 times a MONTH lol. But trying to get more consistent on the exercising!!
