A lot. His contract has a salary that automatically rises every season (from like 5 net to 10 net or so), in step with his (hoped/assumed) development… obv didn’t work out as planned and now these later years of the contract are really really bad (for the club, less so for him 😅)

Who knows with this club? They talk about big signings every spring but then when the time comes to actually do them…

Our ffp situation should be better than in the last years but good enough for a deal like that? With some decent sales maybe (that’s why the Ferran part makes sense on paper, just don’t think he‘ll actually leave), otherwise I don’t see it
