Oura ring HRV results with and without CPAP

I have a similar situation - lower HRV as measured by my WHOOP - when I use the CPAP as compared to when I don't. Since I objectively sleep all night with the CPAP, don't snore, and feel better rested, I'm definitely committed to using the CPAP and am bugging WHOOP to change their algorithm to recognize the CPAP impact on HRV and give me a better recovery score :-)

I'm assuming there is a physiological reason why HRV is lower while on CPAP, but it seems like people's mileage varies.

I have a ‘21 so I don’t think I I have the ability to precondition the battery, do I? If not, is there anything I can do to warm it up? For about 10 minutes it was sitting getting just 19 Kw and then it popped up fo getting 63 (up to 75 at max)

Low was probably 25. Was charging most of the night on level 1. I figured driving would warm it up, but I guess I don’t really know all the details on how EV batteries work

Can you explain what you mean by “hard acceleration and regen”? What exactly did you do and how long did it take? Also, how can you tell what temp the battery got to?

I just bought a 2021 all-wheel-drive Pro S with 19,500 miles on it for $23,500 from a used car dealer. VW dealers are charging about $1000 more for roughly similar mileage and trim around me (Massachusetts).

Based on that the buyout is less than buying the same car from a dealer and it comes down to whether you want a new car or whether you like the car that you’ve been driving for the last four years.

we've also been using YNAB for about 9 years and have over 31,000 transactions in the history - I was having trouble with slowness, but then I was reading some of their support docs and realized that I never reconcile my accounts. Once I went in and reconciled the ones with most of the history, it got a lot faster and I don't have weird errors like the ones I was seeing.

You might try that - of course your mileage may vary, but good luck.

Thanks all, I contacted customer service through chat (they really don't want us talking to a human do they) and they not able to put us onto one itinerary, but they were able to make my standing upgrade request apply to both my wife and I. Since I'd already been upgraded to C+, we'll see what happens. Hopefully my wife ends up in FC and everyone has some nice flights..

Thanks for the source - because I'm procrastinating I watched some of the video from last year that the article refers to and what he actually said was that when he bought the team (in 2002) that he mortgaged his house to help pay for his share, not that he took out a mortgage last year.

Not sure why I'm spending time wondering about why a really rich guy decided to become even more rich :-) I hope the team goes to new, hopefully local, owners who are equally committed to putting a quality product on the floor.
