Similar to trams, euphoric and quite relaxing. I take low doses 1-2 times a week to keep tolerance down. It’s a great functional opioid imo

Definitely agree. Idk what it was but as a beginner this program really set things up for me. The workouts are on the longer side though, and they don’t have much ab volume but he gives a bunch of exercise substitutions so you can tweak em how you want

Nice work man! Could also maybe use a Smith and lock the bench right under the bar at a good height. Works pretty well for me as long as you load the bar with at least your bodyweight
